Entries
The atomic unit: a balanced debit and credit, timestamped, immutable, and addressable forever.
Transfers
A transfer groups entries into one atomic movement across accounts and rails. It commits in full or it does not commit.
The daily surfaces stay quiet because the ledger underneath them does the difficult part.

Rails are scored on cost, cut-off, and current health. When one degrades mid-batch, the next takes the remainder — no manual re-run, no duplicate payouts.

Every unmatched entry lands in a queue with the source file, the rail response, and a suggested match. An analyst clears the exception in seconds instead of reconstructing it.
