Visiting us

When will you ring back?

On weekday mornings, usually the same day. Requests sent after 16:00 are read the next working morning.

Do I have to say what it is about?

No. A name, a date of birth and a number are enough. We will ask the rest on the phone, where you can say it once and be heard properly.

Can somebody request on my behalf?

Yes. Add their name in the last box and say who they are, and we will ring them instead of you.

What if it cannot wait?

Ring reception when the lines open at 8:00 and ask for a same-day slot. If this is an emergency, contact your local emergency number.
