Restaurant Bistro

Tansy is a fictional 38-seat dining room in the fictional harbour town of Porthmere: a menu written at four each afternoon after the boats come in, a zinc counter, and a phone number you ring before six. The concept owns the hospitality register — candlelit warm cream, deep umber ink, one burnt-copper accent, and headlines set in a menu serif — across five pages: Home, Menu, Private dining, Our story, and Find us, with the reservation as the one action everything points at. Composed entirely from blocks in the open registry.

Direction

Candlelit warm cream and deep umber ink with one burnt-copper accent — the low light lives in the token-painted plates and one night band per page, the type is a generous menu serif, and the rhythm is a room that runs one sitting a night.

Templates are decided in the open

These concepts exist to answer one question with the community: should full-site templates become installable? The recipes, the fictional brands, and the installer RFC all live in the public repository — nothing gated, no email capture.
